Wow, Imagines takes such an imaginative approach to fanfiction! As soon as I saw the name Tom Hardy (my all time favorite man crush) in the synopsis, I knew I had to read this. And I wasn't disappointed. Each story is different, deals with a different celebrity and takes a different approach to how one would react if he/she were to ever meet said celebrity.Knockout, by Katarina E. Tonks, takes on pretty boy Nick Bateman in a fun little martial arts/boxing themed romance. You are living your life one day at a time when a cute little Yorkie begs you to rescue him. You do, knowing that he's Nick Bateman's dog, Joey. Then you go to the dojo where you work and find out from the owner, your father figure, that he has sold his dojo/gym to Nick Bateman. You and Nick take each other on in a bo (weapon) challenge, you lose, you quit, and you hope to never see the arrogant pretty boy again. Of course, that doesn't happen, but what does happen is a sweet, slightly edgy romance (but with fade to black love scenes) that made me like Nick Bateman much more than I actually do in real life.Being Mrs. Reedus by Bella Higgin is one woman's take on being Mrs. Norman Reedus, of Walking Dead fame. In it, he's the sweet, slightly hippie-ish man that he apparently actually is, according to his social media, and you are his loving wife, and are lonely on your 1st wedding anniversary. When he makes it home to surprise you, it makes you realize just how lucky you are to be married to this man, even though sometimes his long filming schedule means you're lonely at times in your Georgia cabin. An Occasional Friday by Scarlett Drake features you and Jamie Dornan, yep, Mr. Grey himself. I really like this story even though I absolutely detest the 50 Shades movies and books. When Jamie follows you home on your "me free day" and proceeds to give you a hot (although not described, unfortunately) sexing up that you've been craving, I was hooked and wanted more. I love the little twist at the end.The Seeker by Rachel Aukes is all about you, Tom Hardy and his dog, Max (yay!! my favorite sexy Brit, my biggest man crush, EVER!!) and one woman's take on the apocalyptic Mad Max version of the world, where Tom Hardy is a "Seeker" and he, you and Max team up to help out those who need it, protect people from the marauders roaming the world. I think, had Tom Hardy known about this little story, he'd have loved it because it's ace (as Brits apparently call something that's awesome).Your Bourne Identity Crisis by Dmitri Ragano is crazy twist on the Bourne fantasy where Matt Damon is stalking you and you have to make him realize that he needs to stop. Yep, talk about a creative fantasy! And finally, Winter's Kiss by Michelle Jo Quinn is all about that sexy piece of man candy, Charlie Hunnam, and what would happen if you and he were snowed in at your office. I absolutely love Winter's Kiss! It's sexy like Charlie and sweet. The sexual tension spices up this little story, and if it were ever expanded into a full length novel, I'd read it in a heartbeat! If you like any of these celebrities, or if you just like fanfiction, I think you'll love Imagines as much as I do. 1 click today!I received an ARC through NetGalley for an honest review.

So, this was one those ‘just for fun’ reads. I wasn’t sure what to expect when the review invite arrived but the fact it featured a short about Charlie Hunnam had me saying ‘yes, please!’. Seriously, the guy is just yummy and I’ll take him anyway I can get him! The just of this one is that the stories are told in second person and each one features ‘you’ and a different celebrity. I didn’t read all the stories, Norman Reedus, Matt Damon, and Tom Hardy just don’t thrill my soul. Winter’s Kiss (featuring you and Charlie Hunnam) was cute and fun. Knockout (featuring you and Nick Bateman) was a bit grittier. An Occasional Friday (featuring you and Jamie Dornan) was, sadly a 50 Shades type. Not thrilled about that, I would much more have preferred this one to have been like his character on Once Upon A Time. While they were fun, the ones I read, the ‘you did this’, ‘you walked here’ got a bit old.Overall, this was just one of those books to have a lark about. Not the best, not the worst, just something to fill in when you want a bit of fluff.
